Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your order.

To request a return, please contact us at Contact@sevenfiftytwo.se before sending anything back. We will provide instructions on how the return should be handled and where the item should be sent.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to change of mind. If you use a return shipping label provided by us, a return shipping cost of 100 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

For returns from countries outside Sweden, return shipping options and costs may vary.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return and replacement costs.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned in the best possible condition.

You may inspect the item in a reasonable way to check its size, fit, features, and quality. If the item has been handled more than necessary and this has reduced its value, a deduction for diminished value may be made from the refund.

You must be able to provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or other payment information.

Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or difficult to process.

Damages, issues, and incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

Contact us as soon as possible at Contact@sevenfiftytwo.se if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

If a claim is approved due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover reasonable return and replacement costs.

Exceptions

The right of return does not apply to items that have been made according to the customer’s specific instructions or have been clearly personalized, such as products with the customer’s own name, image, or other personal customization.

Standard products sold in the store are normally covered by the 14-day right of return.

Exchanges

We usually handle exchanges through a return and a new order.

The fastest way to get a different size, color, or product is to return the item you have and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method.

If you are returning an item due to change of mind and use a return shipping label provided by us, 100 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that it may take a few days before the refund appears in your bank account or card statement.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
